Notice is hereby given, by the Beecher Fire Protection District that the first day to circulate nominating petitions for the position of District Trustee for the April 4, 2023 election is September 20, 2022. Nominating petitions will be available at the Beecher Fire Protection District Office located at 711 Penfield Street, Beecher, Illinois, 60401. The regular business office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Two Trustee positions will be up for election at the April 4, 2023 election. The positions will be for a six year term. Petitions must be filed at the office of the District no earlier than December 12, 2022 and no later than December 19, 2022 at 5:00pm. All candidates must be qualified, registered voters within the Beecher Fire Protection District. The last day for filling objections to nominating petitions is December 27, 2022.
