"Be Alarmed" is a fire safety education and smoke alarm installation program administered cooperatively between the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance (IFSA) and the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal (OSFM). Signing up for this program ensures you receive a 10 year concealed battery smoke alarm, installed by BFPD members, as well as educational material aimed at preventing fires in the home.

In only 30 minutes you and your family will be better protected from home fires.
